Consistent Reporting Formats

Utilize the same format when creating the reports. Sometimes the patients name is first last, other times its last first. When messing reports this makes it more cumbersome to analyze.

we need more insurance types to narrow down percentages.

if we had the ability to change or add insurance types, like bcbs state v/s bcbs nc v/s bcbs fl. ** also medicare replacements so we could get percentages for uhc medicare v/s aetna medicare v/s bcbs medicare. and so on.

We need to be able to have more than one referring provider for a patient.

We often have patients with more than one case and each case has a different referring provider. This needs to be something that crosses over to therabill from webpt.

The new format of the statements looks good, but it takes up too much space up top which requires extra ink and a second page. We have adjusted our settings to use as less space as possible. The headings use extra ink which adds up to a lot of ext...
