Pending Patient Status

Please Create an area for us to place pending patients so that we can work from that Que daily. Or have the status be pending instead of Active,Inactive or Discharged. We can Run a report daily/Weekly and get these pts scheduled.

Keep Sunday first in the list on the calendar icon

99% of the calendars we work with have Sunday as the first date. I am nervous that I will schedule someone on Tuesday, instead of Monday; Wed instead of Tuesday etc since your icon starts with Monday instead of Sunday. Can you please change this? ...

Adding claim numbers on the external ID# for electronically sent claims

With the claim numbers on the claims the EFTs could be applied directly. It would help us save a lot of time. We are able to apply those numbers on paper claims but not electronic claims.

Have Non-billed visits appear on Analytics "Patient Reports"

Please add the ability to have non-billed visits appear on the "Patient Reports" Analytics spreadsheet. For patients that need authorization submitted, the plan of care from that note can be really useful in staying current with authorizations.

MISSING AUTH # FOR CREDIT CARDS
