under session info have total of payments separated by ins and client payment and then total

under Session Information it has total payment amount , i would recommend it have it separated by insurance payment and client payment , and then a total amount payed

Allow multiple cases to mirror WebPT

Billing transactions should be separated by case. We should be able to work cases separately, and send statements separately for each case. Cases should mirror WebPT.
