Add Stripe payment integration

Stripe integration would revolutionize therabill payments. I currently process outside of therabill. Merchant accounts are just no longer competitive.

It is very confusing to continue seeing a posted status of "no" in the credit card transactions report even after I have manually entered a payment. Being able to change the status from no to yes after entering the payment would avoid unnecessary ...
