Marking an Invoice Paid

Somehow be able to mark an Invoice as paid and have it gray out. This would be helpful when a client ask our first desk for their latest invoice they owe, but sometimes they pay them out of order.

When I print a statement for a Resposible party the statement copy does not automatically get loaded into the clients file, as it does when you send individual statements. Could this be changed? If one child sees both Speech and OT, they have two separate statements. We like to use the responsible party feature to combine that in one statement, but them it does not automatically load into the client s file under statements.

A/R Reports should be grouped by patient that way it's easier to work one account instead of trying to look through the ENTIRE A/R and making sure you've found all of the aptients outstanding DOS
