report for where patients that show where there payments went

It would be helpful to have a report to print out for patients showing the date of payment and DOS it was applied to and check or auth # as well. Patients want more detail info to where there payments are going.

Please remove requirement to click MIPS button at the end of each 2.0 note. We only had to do this one time with 1.0, and it is frustrating to have to do this every note.

Frequency and Duration Tracking

Would be great if we could see a report of freq/duration on POC to make sure that the front office is scheduling appropriately. Or have freq/duration listed on front page for easy viewing when appointing patients.

I never know when my patients are here! I'd love a sound to alert me that they've checked in!

have separate columns for primary and secondary in Therabill to show what each paid instead of putting it all together. Also be able to see what clinic the patient is from in Therabill without having to go into pt info.(ex a heading maybe

When setting up new student PTA or OTA as Users in WebPT, we do not have an option for setting them up as students. We can only use Student PT or OT. However, assistants need to document their treatment minutes under a different billing qualifier ...

Sort Batch Print of Patient Records

Would be great to print patient records in the order of the visits, not the reverse which it currently does. If we are printing records, it should print with the first visit on top and the last visit on the bottom.
