automatically appt web pt payments

When we add in copays/bill payments into web PT it would be helpful if they automatically flowed over to said dates in therabill instead of having to manually input them

MAKE ERA METHOD EDITABLE

ERA comes into Therabill as an EFT but we actually receive a check. For accurate accounting the ERA should be able to reflect the correct information by being able to change the received method.

When you look at the AR by insurance company just have a list of the patient's name and date of service not the procedure code so that it is easier to look at

It would be nice if the notes could stay on the accounts so that if the pt comes back and has issues on the claims you know what you did before to get the clms pd. example be able to close the note or something so that it doesnt show on the claims...

Auto-fill payment to sessions from Unassigned

When a patient has an unassigned amount, and they have claims that process with patient due, it would be helpful to be able to click the "autofill payment to sessions" box and have the unassigned amount populate into the payment amount boxes.

Implementing a way for Therabill to keep track the dates when insurance payments and keep track when account balances are 30 days, 60 days, 90 days late so providers can charge interest on overdue balances.
