"Open Notes" Report to indicate whether the note is pending a co-signature or not (and to whom).

There's never been a way to see if a note has been forwarded to somebody other than the person who's receiving the request.

It would be great to be able to verify if it has been forwarded, or not, and it would also be great to be able to verify who it was sent to.
