The ability to access patient visit data over several years (5 years max) is beneficial to a growing company. Tracking the volume of patient visits and being able to quickly compare them on charts through analytics would make it easier to identify trends. It would also assist in record keeping and decision making to project where in the business structure will require additional resources and support. This will create a rough timeline to make adjustments in order to allocate resources to facilitate that growth.
