Charts by Therapist: Visits Report

The charts by therapist: visits report is not pulling visits accurately (SOAP 2.0) because we think the information is being pulled from the KPI dashboard and that is not currently pulling 2.0 data.

    We would appreciate if you could report the issues you are having to support (support@webpt.com) so that we have your specific examples. We are currently assessing all of our reports to evaluate which ones are not assessing our SOAP 2.0 data as expected. Having your examples would be beneficial in this analysis. Thank you.
