Add next scheduled appt date to referral report in Analytics

MLR is trying to create a lost lost leads report in analytics using the referral report but it does not show the next scheduled appointment - huge gap for managing leads. They currently have to sort the report by those that do not have an IE and go into each patients chart to ID who does not have a scheduled appt.
