WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Currently in analytics, productivity and chart reports do not give an accurate total visit count. The current solution from WebPT directs me to use patient note report then more than a handful of filters and whatnots to get the actual value of total visits. I would like (and NEED!) a quick way to see the total number of visits for a certain time period without having to run this crazy report they tell me I have to run for accuracy. Analytics should be a quick way to get data, but most of the time it's inaccurate or not correlating from one report to the next. As a higher level manager, I need accurate data to make business decisions.
