Members use the authorization report to identify authorizations that are either expiring or running low on visits. If the report also included a next visit date it would allow members to catch any visits at risk without going into the patient chart, this can help prioritize which auths need action and can also guide members to update the appt type and/or alert the clinic/therapist that the next visit additional auth will be needed. It will also help filter out patients who completed the course of care but are not yet discharged in the system.
