We are having a lot of new clients no showing, we feel it would be benifical if the Patient could confirm or cancel there appointments with the text reminder. Or atleast provide the message that they need to call the office to cancel.

Office Chat Feature

It would be amazing to have a built in chat feature for staff to utilize in the office. Having a way for my admin staff to communicate with clinical staff without interrupting a patient would have a huge impact on our daily flow.

patient search by phone number

We do not have a call center at this time. Some times there is only one front office person and we miss a call. It would be helpful if we could search for patients by phone number to look up who it was that called.

Subscriber ID/MemberID

When entering an ID in webpt it crosses over to therabill as primary...If that ID is incorrect and it gets updated in webpt, it'll cross over again to therabill as primary. So on Therabill the acct shows 2 primary insurances. Not sure how that's p...
