Pulling data from the therapist the patient is scheduled with.

The reports should all be able to pull from the therapist the patient is scheduled with for each appointment. If multiple therapists see a patient, it's not helpful to pull data (cancels, no-shows, visit count, billed units, evals, etc) linked to the "case therapist".
