WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We want to be able to track deleted appointments, just like the cancel and no shows. We would like to know because we want to eliminate or highly limit the deletion of a visit on the schedule. We want to properly track what goes on throughout the day and people are deleting visits which is greatly painting the data.
