WebPT Ideas and Discovery

The system alerts therapists if they are attempting to finalize a note that has a DOS with no appt scheduled but there is no report that identifies mismatches. See image of alert that pops up but nothing stops the therapist from ignoring that alert. A report to ID documentation when an appt does not exist would help to keep track of mismatches.
