WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Currently showing 100% conversion rate - great but not accurate. Would like a quick add feature that includes drop box with reasons why we Won't be seeing this client BEFORE wasting time building a whole case. For example: out of network, no transportation, scheduling issue, we don't offer service requested, can't afford care, OTHER. This would give more accurate report and provide data to educate referral sources, evaluate services offered/ needed, expanding office hours, etc . We frequently can receive more than 20 referrals a month that we KNOW we will NOT treat. Evaluating reasons and % of referrals may be helpful in considering areas for growth.
