WebPT Ideas and Discovery

I need a report that I can use to streamline eligibility verification with an insurance provider that I have not been able to confirm is/will integrate with the new electronic eligiblity verification service.

This report would need to include (1)patient name, (2)insurance provider, and (3)"Subscriber ID" from the Insurance information input into the patient's chart. Subscriber ID is the most important piece of information.

I would need to be able to search all patients scheduled by date range of "this month".
