The Billing report in SOAP 1.0 was pretty good. User friendly each and everything was there in a single report like DX codes, date of birth, CPT codes, Copayments and units etc. While in SOAP 2.0 one should get all these things from 3 different places and merge them into a single report which increased workload for a biller. Also, number of claims got missed out while pulling up the billing report. We need to select different date ranges to see those missed bills. If billing report can get through the same way as we did from SOAP 1.0, that will really helpful for billers. Hopefully Webpt team will do something to resolve these issues.
