Accurate Billing Reports for SOAP 2.0

The reports is SOAP 2.0 are atrocious and makes it difficult to pull accurate billing information (visits & units) both for the clinic and by individual therapists. Tis needs to be a corrected ASAP!


Our clinic has had to go back and forth with support for 3 months now and it is truly incredible how WebPT has so many different INACCURATE reports in both the reports section and in Analytics.

    Absolutely agree with this! The analytics are of no help as they are typically not accurate!
