Notification of matching Name and DOB in an already existing account.

We had a client call in to schedule and when we added their Name and DOB WEBPT did not notify that the info was matching to an existing account. Now we have two accounts for one patient. I have inactivated the newest account but I recall before WEBPT would not let us save an account that was matching previously.
