You have multiple facilities across diferent states that use WebPT as their software system. It makes absolutely zero sense that the text message/voice message reminders cannot be customized per clinic. The reminder text is awful - it's so generic and doesn't even really clearly state that you cannot reply to it to cancel or confirm an appt. We have multiple no show appts weekly because patients will say "I responded to the text and cancelled." We live in a time of COVID still and masks are required in healthcare facilities, and yet we cannot update the text to remind patients to bring masks. Every doctor's office/clinic has an option to hit "Y" to respond to a text, and yet these ones don't. This is a huge flaw and honestly a very poorly made system.
