Need a Lost patient log

in 1.0 there was a lost patient log that told up which patients did not have future appts within a certain date range there is no way currently to track this to get these patients back into the office. We really need to know who does not have a future appt scheduled.

    Agreed, this needs to be a report. Our current work-around for this is to use the "Patient Case Status" report and pull up the active patients. Then filter the "Scheduled Visits in the Next Year" column to "0". Then we sort by the date of the last appointment. It still is VERY glitchy (pulls up patients who DO have upcoming appointments, etc.), but hopefully this helps!
