WebPT Ideas and Discovery

We've been running into trouble with someone in the office scheduling appts for incorrect patients/incorrect PTs and we'd like to figure out who it is so we can do a bit more training for the individual so the calendar runs more smoothly. Would love to be able to track the account used to create appts.
