I'm trying to track our no shows and cancels by therapist and the productivity report is WAY off. For instance, for the month of January under each therapist added together we had 126 cancels, but when I ran the number for the whole clinic it was 883 cancels. I was told it is because the therapist has to cancel it to show up under them only. I feel like since our front desk answers all the calls for cancels and does a majority of the no shows that it shouldn't matter who clicked the button. This makes no sense to me because the therapists are with patients not dealing with who is canceling and scheduling changes. Any help to fix this problem would be a great time saver so I don't have to count everything by hand.
