Consider Removing Not Re-Billed & Validation Failed Line Items

In the claims feeds report, once we correct the NOT RE-BILLED or the VALIDATION FAILED, we should be able to remove that from coming up on future reports. Currently, we have claims sitting there that we have already corrected but can’t get them off the report.

Currently, the report tracks every transmission created - if something fails and resubmit is clicked the failed transmission line will stay there forever and then a new transmission like is created.
