WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Initially I was able to export our patient data from the "display patient" link on the left hand side. This worked perfect but recently for what I believe to be too much data, it crashes every time.

Now I am going through the analytics tab at the top and running a Patient list report under management. When exporting to excel it merges multiple fields (first name, last name, nickname, Suffix, etc) into one column. Which for a mail merge / emailing system is an absolute mess.

It is a significant amount of work to separate, remove spaces, commas, and extra punctuation, and just overall "clean up" the data. When having to do this frequently for a mail merge or updating an e-mail server it makes for a real pain.

Is it possible for WebPt (when exporting) to separate each field into separate columns in excel? (First Name, Last Name, Nickname, Suffix). This would drastically help mail merging and any further data manipulation once exported.
