Currently, the "Day of Service" in the Notes by Clinic Report is considered the day that the note is finalized. This gives an inaccurate number of true "Days of Service" for a clinic or a therapist leading to inaccurate data when trying to measure productivity of a therapist. When some therapists work different number of days based on their schedule, you can't just look at total number of visits. We thought that the "Average/Day of Service" was giving us accurate data until we realized that the "Day of Service" was the day the note was finalized, not the Day of Service in the Soap Note. For example, if a therapist worked 15 days in a month, but completed notes on 5 off days, this report would show 20 days of service for that therapist. This significantly effects the "Average/Day of Service" column in this report.
