Patient Case Status: Add 'Payment on | WebPT Ideas and Discovery

Patient Case Status: Add 'Payment on Account', 'Refund', and 'Reversal' Transactions to Payment Log/Patient Payments

Currently, 'Payment on Account'-type payments, credit card payment refunds, and credit card payment reversals do not appear on the Payment Log or Patient Payments reports in Analytics. As a user, I would like to see these items included to ensure a complete dataset is available.
