WebPT Ideas and Discovery

It appears that currently you have to use the fields that are provided in existing reports. Needs to be an option to create your own reports with any fields that exist; for instance Patient First Name and Patient Last Name as two separate fields, Chart Notes, Patient Phone Number, etc. And add any field to any report that we create.
