When verifying benefits, the full patient name is required as often what they may be referred to is not what the legal name information is on the insurance. Consequently, we still must navigate into the patient chart to get the information and would prefer to be able to use the information in the report. We've run into issues where we couldn't verify or where we have tow patients with the same name and DOB.

Need to update the patient name reflected on the benefits verification report and scheduler report to include:

First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name, Suffix
