Date range on Patient Report

It would be helpful to have a date range for the patient report. For ex: if I want to run a list of d/c patients over a certain time span instead of the entire list of d/c patients.

    Hi Karie,

    Yes, I am referring to the patient list which appears to be the only report that I can pull by discharged and list referring doctor. We are trying to pull a list for a certain date range that would give us the patient name, referring doctor and be able to pull only discharged patients. We are working on a marketing campaign but cannot find a report that gives us all these options.
