Ability to customize Zero EOB report

Provide ability to customize the denial code/remarks per payer that they want to show or not show on the Zero EOB. Example, CO-45 is a code a member may not want to show for BCBS and they don’t want their CSR’s to spend time closing something they feel shouldn’t be on the report.
