Every morning our insurance coordinator goes to the dashboard and prints the agenda (which allows the ability to see all the patients seen the day prior from all the therapists) and prints it.
I originally asked if there was a way to export the agenda to a csv/excel/google sheet and was told no. Our coordinator then manually writes down the data on paper so we can separate the type of insurance (we are only in-network with BCBS), if the patient is new or returning and whether or not the therapist "checked them in".
I was then told there is an analytic report that would show similar data called "scheduled visits", the problem with that report is it does NOT show insurance. A key piece of information we need.
I then looked around at the existing reports and ran the billing report. It separated out the type of insurance, but not the type of visit (new patient or follow up).
So I need to ask again:
As a paying customer who enters the data into the WebPT system are you honestly saying there is NO WAY I can create a report/csv data file on our data to get exactly what I need? I find that extremely hard to believe since it is our data. If the answer is truly no, besides being very disappointed, is there a report where we can run every morning that gives us:
1. patients seen the prior day (for example tomorrow morning we will need a list of all the patients seen today)
2. Type of insurance - we need to separate out BCBS from the others
3. If the patient was indeed checked in by the therapist (so I guess it needs to show ALL the patients from the prior day so we can see if one was not checked in)
