When we hire new therapists it used to take about 2 months to get them credentialed with all our insurance contracts. Now it takes about 5-6 months. During that time the therapists forward their SOAP notes to me and I have been co-signing them. If one of the therapists is credentialed with all insurances except Tricare. Is it possible that he can finalize his own charts for all insurances and only forward me the Tricare charts to me be co-signed?

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have a feature related to this type of "Provider Restriction" that should be a solution for your idea that we are planning to work on soon. This credentialing-based note forwarding will be available to SOAP 2.0 users.
