This is for notes when the eval was performed by another therapist. When I open the first daily note after and eval performed in Soap 2.0 I cannot remove the eval profile and just add my daily note profile. If i performed the eval then I can remove my profile but if it was performed by a coworker then I cannot remove all of the extra data.

I apologize for this difficulty. I am hoping that maybe if you configure the profiles inside of SOAP 2.0 to not show the unwanted information in the daily note this will help with reducing the unwanted information. Here is an article that highlights what I am describing.
