EVAL Template Editor: "Plan"

Why can't we edit the Plan, Approach, Frequency, or Duration, Planned Procedures? It a template, i will adjust when i write the eval. What's the point otherwise?

Consent to treat? Should always be a "Yes" on the template..... smh, out of 1000 patient someone will refuse, i will check the box "NO" otherwise im checking yes 999 times. Fix TODAY!

It sounds like you are wanting to prepopulate selection lists in the Template and/or Profile, so when the SOAP note is loaded (or the Profile is added), these choices will already be made. We are currently considering this request.
