If you add one of the special test sections to a profile, it comes defaulted with all of them checked. However, if you only want one body part's worth, you have to go and uncheck all of the rest of them, which for some sections is very tedious. I think it would make more sense to have them default as unchecked when first loaded and people only select the ones they want.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have a feature that should be a solution for this idea that we are planning to work on soon. The idea being that we will enable functionality that will allow you to add individual special tests as opposed to an entire sub section. We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure you know when it is delivered. In the meantime if you have any further questions feel free to leave a comment or contact support.
