It is much more time consuming to click "add activity," then type the exercises you're looking for, then scroll through the 50-100 options that come up for the one exercise you're looking for. Simply typing an exercise into a text box in the flow sheet would save a lot of time. Also, on many occasions, the exact exercise I want to add is not in the web PT list, but other exercises come up so there is no way to add the exercise that I actually did with the patient. The only solution I have been able to come up with for this problem is to intentionally spell something wrong so it comes up in "Other," but I would much rather not have to go through this whole process, and then look like I can't spell in my notes.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! We have a feature that will bring the ability to add other exercises, regardless of the search input, that we plan to work on soon.
