WebPT Ideas and Discovery

For efficiency, would be nice if specific standardized tests could be automatically loaded to the profiles based on therapists preference so they are ready to use when opening a note with the profile. Currently this is not allowed until the note is opened and requires the search. This makes it more time consuming for therapists using things like 6 minute walk test, TUG, DGI, etc.
