Expand ICD-10 search

Soap 1.0 searched related key words, even if wording was not exact, ie, R knee pain would pull up Pain in right knee. Soap 2.0 does not. It will only pull up codes with exact wording. Also, many times when searching for code, it says too many codes, be more specific... is there a way to expand this like in 1.0?? Frustrating if I am looking for diabetes but don't know the direct code... takes extra steps to google it
