Direct and Total Time Does Not Show Up in Finalized Documents in 2.0.

For compliance with Medicare, we need the direct and total time to show up in the printed or faxed note. Currently this does not occur in SOAP 2.0 as it did in 1.0. Would be more compliant to have this continue as it used to.
