It would be more compliant to avoid any chance of cloning notes if the Assessment section auto deleted or showed only in a gray hue to the side of the section similar to SOAP 1.0. Currently the assessment areas carrying forward creates an issue with forgetting to remove this section or cloning previous assessments.

Hello, and thanks for your feedback! This is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. Our original intent was that we have added the visibility to know if a subsection has not been updated, so that clinicians will notice if they are carrying forward the same information multiple time.
