Taking Payments - Payments are difficult. There isn't a total box, so if a patient under or over pays it doesn't reflect in the payment box and we have to manually figure it out and if the patient under pays on a balance, we have to make sure we do the math and add a payment line for the balance left. It doesn't do it automatically.
