Ok sounds crazy but i think it is needed. Sometimes our patient showed up late and cannot put the right time over there on the time in/out. So we usually split time and get the patient later again after they were seen by other services. To make it clear, let me show a example:
This is for PT only.
Time in : 11:00 am
Time out: 11:15 am
Time in: 12:00 pm
Time out : 12:23 pm
Side note:
Pt was seen today for split time due to being late. Total time is 38 min.
