After registering a patient, having an option for benefits to be verified with a click of a button while the patient is on the phone. Having this feature in WebPT will guarentee the info entered is accurate and the patient is eligible. If it could provide Physical Therapy specific benefits that would be a huge plus as well.

Benefit verification within WebPT, allowing to verify eligibility and data entry is correct with a click of a button. Providing physical therapy specific benefits would be a huge plus.

    Hello, and thanks for your suggestion! We have a feature that should be a solution for this idea that we are planning to release soon. We’ll associate this idea to the feature to make sure you know when it is delivered. Our anticipated release is December 2021 to Q1 2022.
