Currently, we have multiple providers who work different schedules. I would like to be able to program a provider's schedule to eliminate manual blocking on our clinic/front desk scheduler. It would be great to only see what appointment slots are available for which provider on a given day. Deselecting them from view doesn't help in scheduling for future appointments and our screen is very cluttered and hard to read the many columns.

Hello and thanks for your recommendation! Removing manual blocking isn't something that is currently considered, but we may explore it in the future.
We have some changes that will be available soon, that should be of benefit to you. In the next 2 weeks you should see a new Scheduler view that is less "compressed" than the current view, with a fixed minimum-width to the calendar column, as well as a horizontal slider for easier viewing. We also created "marker" appointment types a few months ago to help identify appointment start times. The new appointment types are: "available", "calendar start" and "calendar end".
