it would be great if there was an option to keep the ptas signature on the note when addending addendum instead of the pta having to forward the note again to have the addendum showcase their name
e.g. when there's an insurance change midtreatment, after the note move the pta will have to do an addendum on said note then forward it on over again to keep their signature on it
