As of now you have to constantly check the fax log to see if faxes were sent or failed. It would be helpful to be alerted to outbound faxes that fail to send, either by way of email or a fax to the clinic. This would be helpful.

Hello, and thanks for your Idea portal submission! Emailing about failed faxes is a feature that we don’t currently have planned, but may consider in the future. We’ll make sure to let you know if this feature is delivered.
